Terms of Service

These terms are a working draft and will be replaced with counsel-reviewed language before general availability. They are provided so you know roughly what to expect.

Using the service

Build a Bot lets you provision and manage Discord bots. You are responsible for the content your bot posts, for following Discord’s Terms of Service and Developer Policy, and for the configuration you apply to each server.

Accounts

You sign in with Discord. You must have permission to manage a bot and its servers to configure them here. We may suspend a bot that violates these terms or Discord’s policies.

Plans and billing

Paid plans raise how many bots and modules you can run at once. Billing is handled through Discord today; charges recur until you cancel. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

Availability

We aim to keep the platform and your bots running, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Enabling or disabling a module restarts your bot.

Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced before they take effect.
